University of South Carolina? I want to go to University of South Carolina. But I also plan on moving to Columbia, SC since I have family there. If I move there will I still have to pay the out of state fee?

no. as long as you move there before you actually start school and it will be your permanent address.

You have to live in South Carolina for a certain amount of time before you become an actual citizen in the eyes of the university. I want to say it's 2 years, but I could be remembering wrong, and that also might just be where I live. Call the financial aid office at USC, they'll be able to tell you more exactly.
