...employees $16 per hour.? I didn't mention bonuses for hard working employees.
After all this is my company and I took the risk. If my employees don't like their per hour pay, they would obviously look for another job.

Obama's payroll czar is the end of capitalism for private companies.
This is in San Diego, not a small town in the middle of no where.
 
I myself would love to see the end of completely unchecked capitalism. That, however, is my opinion, which in this country I am legally entitled to. I own a business and I share my profits equally. I think some controls need to be placed. I respect those who don't, but you must respect voters and what is going to happen to this country. This country was once a white country. In another few years, white people will be the minority. Having said this, I'm white and I think its neat that this country is changing. The majority of this country rules and this will be a brown country soon, so its going to be their way or the highway.

Better to deal with it now.
