If I just want to own a bike and not want to ride it?

was thinking about getting a bike, I have no drivers license so Im not riding it. I was wondering if I can have the insurance and registarations under the COSIGNER or the Co-owners name? I have no license and Ive never had one. Yes, I will be financing.
Why don't you guys just answer my question?
 
To buy a bike you don't have to register or insure it. But I've got to ask, why in the world do you want a bike you're not going to ride? You'd be better off investing in GM stock.
 
okay, if youre going to BUY a motorcycle, why dont you pass the license test first, that way you can do something with it instead of letting it sit there until you at least get the permit?
