If I installed an outdoor antenna, can I run the signal through my cable jacks?

I have cable now, but want to drop it. I have splitters off of the main cable line running to all of my jacks. With an outdoor antenna, can I just run the wire down from the antenna to the main cable splitter in the basement and have a signal through all the jacks like my cable is?
