If I install Safari on Windows 7 is there any way to sync my bookmarks automatically with my iPhone/iPad?

I currently use Chrome which is fantastic but I want my bookmarks to sync with my iDevices. I've tried Xmarks but have had multiple issues (duplicate bookmarks, random empty folders and even an occasion of my bookmarks being wiped!) so I am looking for another option.
