If I I'm 17 and can't ride a bike, do you think there is still time to learn?

Ugh.. i can't ride a bike.. i was never taught as a child.. if i wanted to learn (which i do) do i need to use training wheels? lmao cause i am NOT doing that...!! is it possible that i can learn without training wheels and that I can learn at my age..?
