If i hike 3 times a week will that help me lose weight?

it will help tone you up, but you must incorporate a healthy diet while doing it. remember portion control and to eat lean meats, veggies, fruits, and complex carbs. plus drink lots of water and nonfat milk as well. stay away from starchy foods, sugary foods, and foods high in fat. hiking is good, but also incorporate other forms of exercise in your daily routine, such as swimming, running, biking, etc.
