well virgin media XL is 20mbits and L is 10mbits, if your upgrading from L to XL you can get a free netgear class G wireless router, but it doesn't include any wireless adapters.

so you would need to buy them, at £20 each, or if you have build in adapter on your laptop you dont, but i would advise getting 1 because it help gives extra coverage.
