need to go? I had court papers served to me, so I went and filed a civil claim, and well I then got kicked out of my house, and the landlord didnt forward my papers in mail.. (my step mother) and i got a voicemail today saying my court tomorrow do I have to go or say I didnt know, as My step mother never gave me my court papers???
