if i have no credit can i still buy a car?

hey..im 19 years old...ive been working at a stripclub as a waitress for a little over 6 months..its my first job and i dnt have credit at all...i tried getting a victoria secret card and a kohl's card and i was denied because i have no credit...well the thing is i want to buy a car and a dealer...the car i want is a 2005 car and it is like $10,000...but i want to put $4,000 as my down payment...is it possible for me to buy the car when i have no coilsigner and no credit..??????? or will i have a very high payment and interest since i have no credit????? plz answer
