Will it cure my issues? This is my THIRD phone from Cingular as they sent it like the second under warranty (Yes, I am still under the 1 year warranty). I really like the phone although I don't use it for web browsing, I might later.
Overall, everything else is what I expect from Nokia, but this crap of the thing being so damn fickle is killing me.
The newest thing is the Bluetooth acting up. If I make a call with my headset (Plantronics 655), it boots me off after a minute or so. Then, I have to scramble for the handset, answer whether or not I want to activate the handset and THEN talk. It's a little bit of an issue when dealing with my customers...
Anyways, along with the volume being WAY too low as compared with the other two, this is no good.
I can send it back under warranty and ask for another phone to replace the 6682, but I don't know which would be to my approval. I'm looking at the W810i, but it is seemingly a music phone and I really don't need that - iPod works for that. I just really use the phone for pictures, video and editing of the pics and vids...
Anyways, if I get it debranded, is it going to still suffer these issues? If the likelihood is great, I think I'll look for something else.
Any suggestions on a good replacement that is carried by Cingular? Or, should I just Ebay the thing and get something else?
