If i have an unlocked T-Mobile phone, Can I use the web and email with an AT&T SIM card?

I have a Nokia 5310 that is unlocked from T-mobile. I have AT&T service. Calls and Messages come in ok, but I can't use the web? Is there anything I can do to get it to work?
