...provisional driving license? I've read the booklet that came with my DVLA form over and over again and each time im still not sure. It says "you must get someone to sign the back of your photo if you ARE NOT providing an up to date passport" but everyone i speak to about it says that i have to get it signed by someone preferably in authority that has known me for over 2 years etc etc.
I have a valid digital passport to use.
If someone could clear things up for me I would really appreciate it
