how many days can you be open? if six i would say have wednesday off? i think that's the day with teh least games you need mon and sun for foot, tues thurs sat hockey, baseball can be any day so that one you'll miss out a day, and what's basketball fridays?

you need to be open on weekends.
i would do tues-sun
but in america, you guys have lots of football on mondays right? in that case i would do mon-sat
 
Take Tuesday off. Most sports are played Thursday through Sunday. nd in the Summer and Fall Monday night Baseball and football!
