in, do they have to leave ? there's no real life situation, i'm writing a small book for an english project, but i want all real life law stuff. but the story so far is ..
a girl named miranda was sent to jail with an attempted murder, assault, and breaking and entering charge but was released with bail and the state issued a restraining order between miranda and Nikki (the girl she tried to kill)
so now i'm trying to continue it and say that Nikki was in a restaurant with a date or someone and in walks miranda. which one has to leave ? or i might do it the other way around. if miranda is at a restaurant and in walks Nikki, which one has to leave ?
thanks
this project counts for 40% of my grade so PLEASE help me out !
and also miranda is on a 6 month probation. is that an appropriate amount of time for someone who has committed crimes like the ones the miranda character does ? or would someone get longer probation for those crimes ?
and if it counts, both characters are 17 years old.
