eyes of the law? My Husband has been driving my car and because he did not have a car in his name he got insurance that covers the cars he drives as long as they are not in his name incase he had a wreck. He had a women hit him and run and now the insurance company is refusing to pay because they say that since we are married that it is his car too even tho his name is not on the title!
if I have a car in my name only is it still considered my husbands car too in the
