If i have a 4 ohm kicker cvr 15 (1000/500) what would be a reasonably priced

amp(300ish) that would power it? 4 ohms
1000 peak/ 500 rms

and another question, when you have a 4 ohm sub how do you use a 1 ohm amp, i never understood that. like wiring or hook up. how does it work?
