If I have a 360 already

Is there any game worth buying other than resistance and old PS2 games (I never had one) for the PS3? Based on the reviews I'm thinking no, but I'm curious what everyone else thinks.
 
Nope, not at the moment. I also have a 360, I bought resistance it was pretty good. Played most of the demos avaliable, apart from motorstorm none really interest me at all. Cross platform games are better on 360 atm.
 
The only reason to buy a PS3 right now, is just to say you have one. Resistance is a great game, but not worth the price of admission. Wait a few months, until some more good exclusives start rolling out....like Lair, Heavenly Sword, Warhawk, MotorStorm, and Virtua Fighter 5.
 
I actually bought it now mostly cause I was able to, Resistance, and the BluRay player seemed nice. That was before I realized I prefer HD DVD, but i'm still happy with the purchase. Not all HD movies will be on HD DVD and then I will have a player for both is the way I look at it. Now all I need is a Wii and I will be set for the next 5 years min. This will be the first time I owned all systems, let alone all within 1 month of them being released. i'm excited!


(Still havent decided whether to get a Wii or just use that money to help fund my Home Audio system. I'm starting to lean toward the latter though at least for now.)
 
gta san andreas, gran turismo 4, final fantasy 10 and 13, socom 2 and combined assault. theres a lot more that I can't name from the top of my head
 
I have san andreas for xbox, i hate FF games, but I will look into socom

I might try FF again, I played it on the PS2 when I was about 14 so I may have developed a taste for it. But will have any idea what's going on?
