if i have a 29 day cycle what is my luteal phase?

ok i have been trying to chart my period and trying to understand it ,since iam ttc...ok in december 2010 i got my period on the 28th....then on this month i got it on the 25th which is today...so what is my luteal phase,iam taking clomid 3-7 this will be my 3rd round on the 27th of Jan 2011
