If i had a out of state cricket/evdo prl would it work in memphis?

Yes, it would work wonderfully! I'll caveat that Memphis EVDO will have to be on Freq 975 with a SID of 5019 or 6323 OR be on Freq 1175 with a SID of 4945.

So really, no, it won't work for you.

As he said EVDO WILL NOT WORK. you need the evdo prl for YOUR market. any other prl will NOT work.
