If I got my vaccum hose leak fixed on my 1994 Toyota Camry would it stop my car's

rpms from going up and down? the rpms only go up and down when it is in park but if i went and got it fixed would it stop my rpms from going up and down and how much do you think the cost of getting this fixed would be.
 
It depends on how bad the leak is. It should help but I would also suggest tuning the car up. Clean out the throttle body change air filter spark plugs spark plug wires cap and rotor if applies on that model. Also clean your EGR valve.
 
If it only does it in park then look at your Idle Air Control Valve, clean it and the port it goes into. A vacuum leak will affect the vehicle at all times but your rpm's WILL NOT fluctuate as much with a vacuum leak, they will stay high. It also probably does it in gear it's just that the fluctuation is so low that you cant realize it.
