...still a matter of public record? I got an MIP, and I got charged 1,025 dollars in fines. My dad is not happy with that and doesn't know the "whole story" behind how I got it. I was wondering if it is still considerd a matter of public record, if the judge says this will not go on my record and if my dad calls will they be able to give him information?
I don't want him to know the details of the case or my B.A.C. or even that I drank.
