if i got all my poems together in a book is there anybody that could buy

I hope you didn't write those poems in hopes of making money off of them, because that's not what poetry is for.
Most of the time only established writers can sell a book of collected poems. You can submit to magazines and contests in hopes of becoming established.
I would advise you, however, to find the latest copy of The Poet's Market. It's like the writer's Market but for poetry and has listings of who is taking submissions and their guidelines.
