if I go to school full-time in GA but I am a resident of MA, Can I / Do I get car...

...insurance there?cheaper? well I live in MA rite now..but am transferring to college in GA...full-time for next 2-3 years of my life I will be living there on campus...I just got into a car accident and totaled my car...so I dont have car insurance rite now I cancelled it....BUT if I go to school out there can i get car insurance there?? it will probably be much cheaper rates then MA ...eveyrwhere is cheaper than Massachusetts!!!
