If I go to a UC campus, could I take summer classes at a CSU? Also, will I get...

...financial aid as well? I currently go to UCLA, and I want to take summer classes at CSU Stanislaus. I know that taking summer school at other UC's is allowable and they give financial aid, but I am not sure about California State Schools.
