If I go over my texting limit in Verizon..?

If I go over my monthly limit of 500 messages, by about 140 messages, and upgrade RIGHT NOW to 5000 a month, will the fee for the overused texts be erased for this month?

That would be entirely up to Verizon, but most likely not. They will want their money.
