if i go on those bicycles that u buy @ work out places everyday for like idk 15-30...

You will lose fat everywhere because it works by increasing your heart rate which in turn burns fat. It would however also build muscle in your upper legs, thighs, and buttocks, however I don't think much - either way its lean muscle anyway.

Just wait 15 minutes after you eat to exercise, no matter the exercise - whether it be running, biking, whatever. But try not to eat anything heavy, I assume if you're trying to lose weight, you would have to do that anyway.
 
...min a school day, will--? i loose thigh fat or fat everywhere? and is it bad to go on that after u just had ur lunch? cause its bad 2 exercise after eating, but this ones just sitting on it and pedaling..
