What I do is I work on cardio (bikes, tredmills, and another machine that works entire leg muscles) for an hour and a half a week, I do pilates for 55 minutes and I do an intense body step class...I'm wanting to lose 15lb, how long should this take? I have a moderately healthy diet. I'm a 16 year old girl, 5'2" and 128lb.
