I'm afraid that I bike tomorrow my thighs will get muscular and big, when I really want them toned and super skinny.
I rarely bike, usually just walk, and this is the first time I'm going biking in a long time. If I do it once or twice during the weekend will my thighs bulk up or will I burn cals and loose weight? Or both?
