...another state? (college)? I just moved here to NC just for a couple months. and i was supposed to go to college this month, but now i have to wait till at least JAN so i can do my community service, and assessments or classes. when i get convicted, which i know i will, i blew a .17.
if i get probation, like for a year, can i get a probation officer in chicago il? thats where i plan to go to college. because i cant take classes here, the only college here has a waitin list of 2 fucking years. please let me know what you know. thank you. and please dont say"dont drink and drive" that was my only time ill ever do that. i arleady know this.
 
It's hard to say, you might be able to, you might not be able to. You are really at the mercy of whoever decides these sorts of things.

Your best bet is to behave as well as you can, do NOT make this any harder then what it has to be and when you see either the judge or your parole officer, ask them about it.

If you start off with a bad attitude, they aren't going to want to give you any leeway.
