If i get my xbox flashed and it gets banned can i buy a new one and use it

on the same xbox live ID? I have a friend who will flash my xbox for little to nothing and sell me games for only $10. So i was wondering if i get caught while playing online with a hacked xbox will i be able to just get a new xbox and continue to use my same xbox live account? the only reason I'm considering doing this is because i am tired of spending a large amount of my money on games that come out with a sequel a couple of months later.

P.S. If anyone says buy less games that will not help me make my decision because i only get one game a year, and just borrow my friends old games.
 
what michael said but u can make your own games for free with torrents and there are step by step vids on how to do it so u will also save 10 bucks per game
 
Microsoft bans your live account. so no matter what console you are playing on rather it be a friends or a new xbox, your account is banned. you would have to make a brand new account and lose all or your precious achievement points and everything associate with your live account and start from scratch.

basically your are banned from the online, so you u like playing with your friends or playing games online with other gamers you cant. you can still use your xbox and play games " i would assume " you are just banned from live.
