if I get my liscense but don't have a car, will I have to pay insurance?

I know according to the law you need to pay insurance to cover the other person in a crash, well in florida anyways, but I have my liscense exam tommorow. and I was just wondering if i am going to be driving my parents/brothers car that are already insured to state standards do I have to sign myself up for insurance and pay those extreme prices even if I dont have a car under my name? Please help thanks
