If I get busted for tax evasion and refuse to go to court?

Does the IRS show up to arrest me and seize my possessions by standing on my front lawn with signs angrily protesting for me to pay up?

I know it is probably just me but in theory I'm just trying to make sense of how we address tax issues as citizens vs. how the government does it.

Yeah my plan is to invade D.C. yelling "Wolverines!!"
