If I get a doctors recommendation for medical marijuana. Will it show when I try to

get a life policy? The main question I want to know is if say I want to get a life policy or something. Will it show that I was recommended Medical Marijuana or like show that I am a smoker or something like that. I know prescriptions show on your record, but will a recommendation show up or leave any trace???*Please no bs on how marijuana is bad, serious question* .Maybe testimony's from patients would be nice. Thank You thanks
