If i get a 65 on the chemistry regents will that improve my grade ?

I have a 70 avg in chemistry right now and the teacher is adding in the regents grade as two test grades ! So lets say i got a 65 he eould give 130 out of 200 as the grade . The last test i took in my class i got a 61 , will a 65 on the regents improve my grade ?
