whats wrong with you snakes usually are there for a reason, unless its posioness leave it alone as far as cat and kittens call a rescue group maybe feed them do you have any animals?you sound like you never were around animals is this true?

YES! If you care at all about animals even one bit at all! How would you feel to have that on your conscience? I know it would kill me! Please beg you as an animal lover call the RSPCA animal collection officer!

yes you should, the kittens would need to be checked out for diseases as does the cat, perhaps bring them inside for a while until the rspca gets here just to make sure they are warm and try to feed them as for the snake, it could be dangerous so just leave it and call them, id you want to you could try and put a bucket over it but its best not to put yourself in that position leave it to them to do it

Does they UK have snakes?

If you find a snake in a UK garden then it's probably a very expensive pet, and the RSPCA has special shelters for dealing with cats and other similar animals. Yes, call the RSPCA.
