I know that if I eat healthy I will lose a little weight but I'm trying to lose fat. I eat super healthy and eat 5-6 small meals a day, I walk everywhere I go but that is about as much exercise as I do. I try to incorporate more exercise but I can't. I do 10 minutes of stretching and jump rope in the morning and I don't eat after 7pm. My daily diet is similar to this but I eat 1 small bowl of special K for breakfast, an apple for brunch, a normal sized salad plate with no dressing for lunch, and orange for a snack later and for dinner I have a small portion of chicken with salad. I've been eating like this for a week but I'm not sure if I will get any results. I feel like I've lost a 1kg but I don't think I've lost any fat, so my question is.. If I eat healthy but don't exercise will I still burn fat?
