I am a bit overweight, or i should say i weigh more than Id like. I'm 25, 210# and 5'9'' tall. I am trying to cut back on my calories and stuff to lose weight but it is not working. If i dont eat enough or frequently enough i get weak and become draggy. I have to drag myself up to do anything. Get some calories in me and I zip back to life. Is this normal? How am I to lose any weight if my body cannot function off my excess stored energy? I am concerned that maybe I could have a diabetes issue or something. I am thinking that there is some kind of condition that describes what I have but I am not sure what it is. Can anyone help?
