If i do this work out, would i see a difference in my body posture?

I am 13 and in 8th grade. I haven't worked-out all summer. Right now im kind of skinny and little hunch-back. My should bones really stick out in my back. I got pissed off by all this because i used to be really strong. So i Started swimming. And this will be my workout.

10reps in 2 sets of chin-ups everyday. Swimming 1-2 twice a week for an hour. Bench press about 30-40 lbs 12 reps 2-3 sets every 2 days. If i do this workout for about 3 months, will i see results?

Also i am 5ft 6-7" and only weigh 111lbs, how many times a day should i eat?
