here's what i've been doing:
- 250 crunches (5 variations)
- 15 minutes of non-stop hula hoop
-running 1/4 of a mile then power walking the rest of that mile. (can't run too long because i have asthma)
-10 to 15 minutes of light resistance exercise before bed with 5lb weights
i'm only trying to lose 5lbs or so, 10 at the most or i will look sickly skinny. do you think this will show any results in 2 weeks? its enough to break a very decent sweat, especially the hula hoop! and i want to go get a jump rope from the store and work that in
i am also cutting out soda and drinking at least 3 bottles of water a day, and eating salads for lunch w/o a lot of extra stuff in them.
