If i do the following routine, will i become more athletic, better at sports

and become a better runner? If i do the following routine, will i become more athletic, better at sports and become a better runner?

MORNING: 10 squats, 5 min of jump rope, 150 jumping jacks, 15 crunches
AFTER SCHOOL:10 squats, 5 min of jump rope, 150 jumping jacks, 15 crunches
IN THE EVENING: 10 squats, 5 min of jump rope, 150 jumping jacks, 15 crunches

P.S I weigh 125-130 lbs and my height is 5'5 or 5'6
and with every meal I drink skim milk and water. i avoid fattening foods and for the most part snack on fruits. So I'm not over-eating.
