get a court appointed one in PA? We live in PA, Monroe county. There is a compliant filed against my husband for non payment of credit card from Chase Bank. We are currently involved in a hardship and have been settling with other creditors successfully. Chase ignored our plea to settle and instead want to take my husband to court. We recently received a letter from the attorney's representing Chase informing us that they want to take the matter to arbitration with 30 days of letter send (6/30/09). It states that if they do not hear from us it will be understood that we do not object to listing the matter for arbitration. Before my husband answers them he would like to consult with an attorney but we cannot afford one. My question is how do we go about getting a court appointed attorney to resprensent us regarding this matter?
