...have unprotected sex? ive taken accutane before and know you must be on TWO forms of birth control. the thing ive never gotten a clear answer on though, does accutane itself make birth control pills less effective? or is the required two forms of birth control more meant for people who are lax or forgetful with taking their pills and who might run a risk of getting pregnant? ive been on the pill for over 7 years straight. and i take it everyday at the same time. i realize certain factors make pills less effective but if im not on any other medications that will interact with them, is it a huge threat?
