...I'm pregnant? FYI-I'm not trying to lose weight! Just trying to get healthy.
These past few months I've been eating fast food too much and I haven't exercised in months. I've gained way too much weight.
I feel so much better when I exercise and when I eat healthy so I've decided to go back to my normal healthy life style. However I'm concerned that the massive change in calories and activity will make me lose weight. I've heard it's not safe to lose weight while pregnant. Do you think going from like 2,000+ calories a day to 1,500 (which is what my doctor recommended for me) and exercising will make me lose weight?
