If i click a link sent to me though fb chat can it be malicious?

Someone on my fb friends list sent me this link - http(don't click)://z8.ro/41g
It took me to a page with a warning about phishing, which I immediately closed. Is there a chance that it was able to put malware or keylogging on my computer? Thanks.
