If i cancel a pre-order at Gamestop can I get my cash back?

I just put in a pre-order for a game in today and I payed it in full. But some stuff suddenly came up for school and now I need money. If I cancel my pre-order will they give me my money back in cash or will they give me store credit.
 
no, you cannot cancel it and no they will not give you anything back. pre-ordering is useless unless you get some special gift when you do so.
