If i buy just a fish tank, what else will i need?

I'm planing on buying a fish tank.
Just the fish tank, nothing else.

I plan plan on buying every thing else seperate, but if i do, what else do i need (Not including food)

And please do not recomend buying a kit, unless its 20-30 gallons and 60$ and below.
