If I buy Assassins Creed Brotherhood Codex Edition then will I get the Harlequin?

I live in the EU.
Also does anyone know how much the Codex Edition costs?
WILL SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION?!
I would really love the Harlequin.
