still have to pay thedata plan? If i buy a verizon Blackberry Tour but not with the contract from verizon, do i still have to pay the minimum $30 data plan like it says on the website ??? Looking to buy one from craigslist avoiding to pay the plan
 
if u want the advantages of a data plan u have to pay for it. or u can just use it like a normal cell. only calls in out and text messages. that way you could avoid it yes. but with out a data plan, if u intend on using the internet you're going to get raped up the a.ss in fees.
