up my plan to that phone? so if i buy a NEW phone of ebay or from future shop or best buy or any store that sells a phone (besides an actual bell store) would bell hook my mobile plan that i already have up to that phone?

i looked on bell website for phones but you can only buy them online with a plan, and i hate going to an actual bell store to buy a phone so id rather buy it online(preferably) or from a random store besides bell
